Don't fight the customer
It is tough as a customer who loves dive bars to give a negative review. Overall, the wings are excellent, as is the service from the wait staff. With the interaction of upper management, we were treated as common thugs over a dispute the extremly late delivery of food. We normally received our food quickly, but our order of food was delayed due to "the number of take out orders". When I had requested a discount due to the delay of the order, the waitress said she would talk to management. The waitress informed us that management would not give us a discount, so we refused our order, and we were told we had to talk to the manager. The management did not approach us after 15 minutes. When they did approach us, they were combative and rude; telling us that if we did not pay for the wings we were never to come back. I have to admit, this is the first time I've been banned from a bar, so I find this amusing. The football game we went to watch was not worth the service we received.
